Algonac Food Pantry~ It is directly associated with the Trinity United Methodist Church of Algonac. The SPL of the Troop had heard that the Food Pantry was running very low on supplies due to the holiday being so close. The SPL decided that the Troop would have their own food drive to try and replenish the supplies. Some of the residents didn't have food to give, but did give cash donations. The Troop went to the local Kroger and bought food with the $40.00 donated by the citizens, and $50.00 donated by the Veterans of VFW Post 3901.
