On the 6th of November, the Day of Liberation of Kiev from Nazi invaders, Scout association SPOK of the Kiev city branch of National Organization of the Scouts of Ukraine laid flowers at the Tomb to army General Nikolay Vatutin in Kiev's Mariinsky Park.
