THE FIT INDIA RUN MOVEMENT

Nowadays youngsters have developed their own ways of living and are not so concerned about their health. They tend to go out to enjoy and have fun but at the same time consume lot of junk food which can be harmful. Moreover they don't consider exercising and balanced diet to be important. Ignoring health can be extremely dangerous. So this initiative was taken so that young people can stay healthy and take health as a serious issue. Exercising regularly also can help to a great extent.
We all gathered in the college campus. Our swamiji gave us a small talk and encouraged us to do this. We all got motivated and set off to achieve this unitedly.
The project was a great success. There were many people who benefitted and started working out and having balanced diets.
We got a lot to learn about how important health is. Without it, we won't be able to achieve anything else. Health is the prime factor so as to stay active whole day and be able to complete all our work on time.
