First Rashtrapati Scouts Testing Camp – 2014 of Northern Region was held at NCTC, New Ashok Nagar. Delhi 96 from 23rd to 27th Sept. 2014 with 61 Scouts, 5 Unit Leader and 5 Staff Member. i am performing the duties of a Quarter Master Voluntarily just to provide a home feel as per the food area is concerned.
