The first meeting of the National Committee of the Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan was held on April 3, 2016, in Baku. The agenda includes: 1. The definition of the responsibilities of the members of the National Committee; 2. The structure changes and additions; 3. Changes to the rules of the National Committee; 4. Writing rules about a scout uniform ; 5. Implementation of Wonderland 2016 Azerbaijan - Ganja International Scout camp on 16 - 24 July 2016 ; 6. To amend the rules on membership fees of ASA; 7. Creating of corporate emails issues also are reflected. Agenda approved by large majority of votes.
