FIRE SAFETY and FIRST AID TRAINING FOR LOCAL YOUTH

Our Group (24th Asoka group South calcutta Bs&G west bengal) has taken the initiative to literate local youth in collages and localities in south kolkata area about FIRE SAFETY and FIRST AID under Leader ship of Arunav Chakraborty, Biswajit Dutta, Anupam Mondal, Manas Mondal and BIswajit Biswas. 36 rovers served in this project. we went to JOGESH CHANDRA COLLEGE, BIJOYGARH COLLEGE and Local Areas in Our community. We also invited them to our group for further training. 36 rovers and 10 scouters were the main trainers. we have trained about 120 students in college and 46 local people with scouts. Participants were trained in fire rescue techniques, do's and dont's in fire rescue,some important knots, basic first aid (Mainly fainting, choking, drowning, shock, wounds, bytes, ECC, etc)
