Fifth Wheel to Chicken Coop

I was inspired to pursue this project by my passion for helping both my community and the animals that are part of it. I've always had a deep love for animals and a strong commitment to their well-being. Through this project, I was able to make a meaningful impact by creating a safe and secure shelter for rescued animals, offering them the care and protection they deserve.
The project was completed in three stages. The first stage involved preliminary planning for fundraising, recruiting volunteers, and purchasing equipment. The second stage was the construction of the coop, including cleaning the trailer, building the nesting boxes, roosts, stairs, and many other small tasks such as moving sand and pulling weeds. The final stage involved working with the beneficiary to develop a plan to ensure the coop’s long-term sustainability.
Throughout this project, I learned many valuable lessons. First, I gained extensive knowledge about building. I designed many elements for the coop, which helped me better understand design principles and structural stability. Additionally, this project taught me important leadership skills, as I had to lead multiple groups working on different projects simultaneously.
