Together with Rover Scouts from Kiambu County and other places, we offered service at Kamuchege Scout Centre. Activities done included making a campfire circle; benches under the shades and at the dining area near the kitchen; pruning trees; painting the gate, doors, windows and roofs of the hall and camp office; and slashing grass around the campsite. The camp culminated in swimming in the river that goes around the camp, and hiking to the nearby waterfalls.
