Eucharistic Celebration Duty
As scouts, we have our duty to God and Country, a duty to others, and duty to self. We are motivated to serve our duty to the Almighty Father as we performed our duties in the monthly eucharistic celebration.
We were tasked to serve during the monthly eucharistic celebration in our school. So, we gathered our fellow scouts, assigned them to different areas of the venue, and served our duty in maintaining peace and order during the mass. By doing this, we are serving God and our community at the same time.
With our voluntary work done, the eucharistic celebration went on peacefully and solemnly. After the mass, we packed up the chairs that were used and cleaned the surroundings.
We learned that serving God and our community really is important since they have a huge impact on our daily lives. Doing so also gives us a sense of accomplishment and joy, knowing that we scouts did our duty, helping others while praising the Almighty Father.
