Emmaus House of Apostolate Outreach Program
It was my mom's 47th birthday and we decided to help the IMAUS house of the elders. Instead of celebrating my mom's birthday, we just bought foods and sanitary need for the elder people.
We did that not because of the publicity but because there's this "calling" of help.
Using the money I saved, I helped my mom to pay for the sanitary needs that we handed.
The elders were so happy while we were giving them food! They were telling stories about their past and it was just sad and fun at the same time.
That helping them is a choice not a mediocre.
