Once a scout, always a scout. Once again pling leadership scouts are into action.Today we the leadership scouts of pling helped to build temporary embankment walls using sand bags along Om chu with de-sung and Thromde officials so that the rapid increase in water level doesn't harm the residence  near by. we the leadership scouts enjoyed doing the work. We are always ready to render our help under any circumstances. Being a scout is always a proud moment for us.
