Eid-Ul-Adha: Informative and Safe Travel Service
We were inspired to start this project by witnessing the challenges and difficulties faced by countless Eid travelers—many of whom journey with families, the elderly, or those with special needs—during one of the busiest travel periods of the year. The experience of overcrowding, lack of information, and safety concerns highlighted the urgent need for a supportive, organized, and compassionate service.
During Eid ul Adha, millions of travelers rely on railway services to reach their families and communities. Our scout service team was mobilized at key railway stations to create a safe, supportive, and sustainable travel environment in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
Through the execution of the Eid ul Adha Railway Scout Service, our team gained valuable real-world experience in community service and sustainable practices. The project highlighted the importance of teamwork, proactive communication, and adaptive problem-solving when assisting large numbers of travelers during peak festival times.
