A two day meet on Messenger of Peace initiative was organized for 30 Rovers in the office of Bhutan Scouts Association. The Rovers were oriented on the messenger of peace global network and the use of social media to spread the message of peace, harmony and love. The two day meet also enabled them to create their profiles in scout.org. They were quite receptive of the idea of peace and being messengers of peace when they go back to their respective regions. We spent about five hours each for the sessions and it was quite interactive with heaps of team building games and activities. 30 new profiles could be created and we welcome all the members with the offering of traditional bhutanese scarves to the participants at the end of the meet. The journey for peace continues in Bhutan.
