On March 28 we celebrated world earth day by switching off the non essential lights in the bharath scouts and Guides district training center pilikula, Mangalore. We started the program at evening 4 oh clock. I presented one power point presentation about the world earth day. After that we prepared earth day posters using chart sheets. At night 8:30 we switched off the lights and showed our support to protect the earth. As the vision of the earth hour " make beyond one hour " we switched off the light for two hours. We write 60+ Bye using the candles. on this day twenty wood badge holders , one rover and one guide and five non scout peoples were participated in that program
