Working within your community to develop the knowledge and skills to make a difference—otherwise known as Collective Civic 
Action—is needed to make real, lasting progress for our own well-being and for the environment. Holding a teach-in for your 
community will both educate others on the impact species loss is having globally and provide your community members with the tools they need to make a personal commitment to protect other species.
