Dzongkhag scout association of pemagatshel has decided and conducted annual scout conference coinciding with dzongkhag education conference. there were total 50 participants including school principals and scout leaders across the schools under pemagatshel. The very purpose for conducting refresher course was to update our scout leaders with few changes made in scouting handbook. on other hand, we aimed towards creating awareness program on scouting program to our princpals so that we can get administrative support in strengthening scouting program in their respective schools.
