Dungtse Central School at Phongmey, in Trashigang, Bhutan observed Social Forestry Day coinciding with the Coronation Day of fourth Druk Gayalpo. In order to mark the day, a total of 108 (70 scout members, three scout leader, and 35 non-scouts) took part in the plantation programme. The theme the programme was 'PLANT A TREE FOR GREEN BHUTAN'. The programme started at 8:00 AM and ended at 11:00 AM.
