Mangalsen Muncipality Youth, Sports and Education Section conducted one day Dummy Youth Parliament in Mangalsen. The Dummy Youth Parliament has participated 35 youths of Mangalsen and 12 Facilators, officials, Media Persons. The Participants practised about parliament and advocate some issues of Mangalsen. The program was facilated by 3 Scout Leaders with colabaration of District Youth Network.
