The Drains Cleaning Program
My biggest inspiration were my elders my family members, and the neighbours living in the locality nearby my home and my family too. They were suffering from many problems rising from this issue. That is why I decided to take up this project. The project was itself an excellent motivation for me.
I have executed such a challenging project in my locality - Laxmipur Math, Purba Barddhaman - 713101. There are many drains in my area which were very dirty and had not been cleaned for many days, which were producing many diseases - causing bacteries and other organisms in itselves. We have cleaned a good number of drains. And spread bleaching powder at the both sides of it which will keep them free from germs for sometime and also clear the ways for the free flow of the unnecessary water.
The people of the area where we have executed the project told that the municipality dustbins were damaged in the areas that's why they are unable to keep their places clean. Here again we came to know that their biggest problem was plastics that of chocolates etc. which the children drop in the drains instead of public dustbins which they don't have. Now those all problems have solved after our request to the officers of the Municipality. We are grateful to them for their needed helps.
We have learned a great lesson from this project which is when we start giving our best for the healthy development and growth of our nation we should always start it from our home then the village/ locality in which we live then to the world. We should always be ready for my call to donate their valuable time for such an enthusiastic activity towards the development of the society which gives peace to their souls.
