Drain Cleaning Initiative for Improved Hygiene
The inspiration for the drain cleaning project was to improve community hygiene and prevent health issues by engaging students and teachers in a collaborative effort to clean the drain in front of the school gate.
The project was executed by organizing a team of 39 students and 2 teachers who removed waste from the drain, with support from school administrators and refreshments provided by local shop owners, enhancing the school’s hygiene.
The project taught the importance of community involvement in environmental health, the impact of collective action, and the value of maintaining cleanliness for the well-being of all.
