The Kenya Methodist University Rover Scouts are glad to have taken part in a clean up activity in Meru County, Kenya, under the leadership of our Scout Leader Mr Eric Mwenda. The service project involved cleaning the KeMU - Makutano road, sensitizing the community on the importance of proper garbage disposal and an antiplastic campaign. We were honoured to have the support and assistance from the Meru County government, led by the Meru Town Environment Inspector, Mr Muruingi and several county workers. We hope we had a great impact on making the world a better place and having an eco-friendly environment.
