Donate Blood, Save Lives
In conjunction with the World Blood Donor day, the Kuching City Scout Council wish to organize a blood donation campaign to promote the blood donation.
The project was held at La Promenade Mall, Samarahan. This project was assist by the Sarawak General Hospital Blood Bank Department by providing the medical support.
We had successfully collected 141 pints of blood in this event. Just 1 donation (1 pint of blood) can save up to 3 lives so indirectly we can save up to 420 lives.
From the project, we learn about the benefits of blood donation.
