Doing Yoga Exercises In Kuakata

We know that yoga is a spiritual and physical exercise that is very important to keep one healthy and fit both mentally and physically. We scouts had no exception in this. As fun as a camp can be, it is still very tiring. We woke up at the crack of dawn and learned some yoga exercises from our teachers. We also watched the sunrise together at the beachside. It was an amazing experience. We were feeling extremely groggy and tired but after doing the exercises, we all felt very refreshed.
We all gathered on the beach side and the teachers said a few words to us. Later, we were asked to stand in a line patrol-wise so we did as we were instructed. We stood a feet away from each other.
We learned many yoga exercises which helps us be happy and fit.
