DISTRICT SECRETARIES MEET of all 30 districts was organised at Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides Headquarters,Bhubaneswar.They are the key persons of districts who looks after all smooth function of Scouting activities. Review of work and Future Planning has been made. More emphasis has been given on advocacy projects of WAGGGS and WOSOM. and Community Development projects like MISSION INDRADHANUSH AND MISSION SWACHHA BHARAT. The meet became live after the activities on MOP.
