DialogueforPeace Live Session IntroductionWorkshop
For the inspiration part is because four of us, Qin Peng, Jia Hao, Meng Yong, Patrick Tan had attended the first session of national dialogue for peace online workshop 2020. The second session needed us to start a another workshop to public, community and scout members. After our discussion, we decided to make a collaboration workshop with three scout groups and invited more senior and rover scout members in different area.
We got the previous session powerpoint presentation file and tried shorten the workshop time into 2 hours. In this workshop, we gave a introduction of dialogue for peace, related games, peacebuilding, choose three passengers accompany you with a long journey, how to earn badge and question and answer session.
We used the google meet platform to launch our D4P workshop, because this is more easier tools to different area of us and save time. This workshop started from 2pm to 4pm.
This D4P workshop impacted participants and speakers more understanding about the importance of dialogue for peace, communications and the situation after conflicted and others.
Communication was one of the important part that we always missed out in our lifestyle. If we less communicated with a case or somethings, it may happen conflict situation at the moment as well. That's why we need to always remember made a discussion before made any decisions.
