Around 90 participants have undertaken the «Dialogue for Peace» training organised by WOSM in partnership with KAICIID, an inter-governmental organisation that works on preserving peace through dialogue and communication. During the course we tackled all sorts of issues regarding violence and conflict and ways of approaching such issues in certain situations. We also had trainings on peacebuilding, conflict management styles and modes, causes of conflict and much more. By working in groups we had to focus on finding mutual oppinions and thoughts in the process of solving issues and conflicts through dialogue, thus channeling our teamwork and productivity skills.
