The proposed programme comprises two parts. The first part is a 5-day programme which will be conducted in Singapore. The second part is a project which each participant will do when they go home. The intention of the project is to ensure that the participants internalise and apply what they have learned in Singapore.  The participants will send the Report to SSA not later than six months after the completion of the residential course in Singapore.
