Developing Dalikhar PS (closed in 2015) as a special 'Retreat Centre' where cross sectors can use this place for conducting various programmes. 32 scout leaders and 4 leadership scouts participated in developing the centre on 11/5/2019. After a month or two, we expect this place to bloom as heaven.
