Dengue Prevention
As a Scout, the inspiration to start a dengue awareness project came from the urgent need to combat the rising number of dengue cases in our community. Seeing the impact of this preventable disease inspired us to educate others, promote preventive measures, and take action through community involvement.
This project was inspired by the urgent need to deal with the rising cases of dengue in our community. Considering the impact of this preventable disease, the program started with a street play to spread social awareness among the public. And how to prevent diseases like dengue was explained to the people through a street play.
This project taught me the importance of community participation and public health awareness. I emphasized the impact of environmental sanitation in preventing diseases like dengue. Overall, through this project I learned valuable lessons about dengue and proactive community action.
