"Dengue Alert: By Troop 21 Open Scout Group"

The inspiration behind starting this project arose from witnessing the impact of Dengue disease on our community. As scouts, we felt a sense of responsibility to contribute towards public health and well-being. Seeing the need to combat this preventable disease, we were motivated to take action, raise awareness, and assist those affected.
As a community-driven project, our scout group visited Dengue patients at the hospital to show compassion and support. While our primary focus was on providing assistance, the experience also deepened our understanding of the disease's impact on the community. Moving forward, we aim to conduct educational workshops and disseminate information to raise awareness about Dengue and preventive measures in our community.
The measurable impacts of our project included providing assistance to a specific number of Dengue patients at the hospital. We engaged the community through workshops and educational materials, raising awareness about Dengue and its prevention. Our efforts fostered community involvement in public health initiatives, contributing to a healthier environment for everyone.
The project provided valuable learnings for our scout group. We gained insights into the challenges faced by Dengue patients and the importance of compassion and support in healthcare settings. Through community engagement, we learned effective ways to raise awareness about public health issues and encourage preventive measures. The experience deepened our sense of responsibility towards community well-being.
