The event took place at Motithang Higher Secondary School located on Motithang.
The parent teachers of the school shared messages and spread awareness about the World mensuration hygiene day.
On the day of World mensuration hygiene day students brought sanitary pads and girls wore red tego in school indication mensuration day so we collected the pads and we wished the girls and it was a fun day.
1000+ students were benefited from the sanitary pad donation . Students and people collected or got more information about mensuration day and how painful it is for a girl going through mensuration and to respect and help them in need even if it is to buy a sanitary pad to not only the girls but also to your mom .
I learned that mensuration is to be taken serious .
Things like buying pads and helping girls or your mom on their period are not to be laughed at or ashamed to but to be respected .
Always help those in need and respect who are helping.
