On 30th September,2017 I was fortunate to attend the local festival of Hindu community in one of the remote villages. It was called Dasain. Its an annual programme. Hundreds of villages gathered their headman's house to receive the blessings and enjoy with their relatives. I was able to take an advantage to share the MPO information and sensitized on importance of preserving the age old culture.
