This cultural tour cum conference meeting was attended by 94 people including scout leaders from various schools under samste dzongkhag, focal person, resource peoples and two leardership scouts which was organised  by Samtse Scout Association with the objecetive to motivate and encourage our scout leaders. We could explore ourselves and refresh by visiting diffenent places  under thimphu and paro dzongkhags. We could interact and learn new things.
