Cub Scout Visit Malay Technology Museum

Brunei-Muara District Cub Scout learn about the lifestyles of Brunei's various ethnic groups by Visiting Malay Technology Museum. The Malay Technology Museum (Malay: Muzium Teknologi Melayu) is a museum located in Kota Batu, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei-Muara District, Brunei.
Cub Scout from PAP Besar Primary School, Tungku Primary School and Sinaran Mas Primary School visited and learned the Water Village Traditional House Gallery,the Kampong Ayer in the late 19th up to the mid 20th century, types of handicrafts and cottage industries found in the water village, exhibits of indigenous technologies of the inland people.
Shows architectural structure of houses in the water village and the gallery contains exhibits of indigenous technologies of the inland people. It shows models of Kedayan, Dusun and Murut houses and a Punan hut. Techniques of production of Sago, brown sugar and handicrafts are also displayed.
the building was donated by the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of companies in conjunction with the Sultanate's independence in 1984.
