Community Services for building spiritual retreat

As a dedicated scout, I am deeply motivated to render community service, particularly in the transportation of woods for spiritual retreat homes. I believe in the power of nature and spirituality to bring peace and healing to individuals. By supporting these retreat homes with essential resources like firewood, I contribute not only to their daily operations but also to their mission of fostering reflection, renewal, and inner growth.
The project was executed in a day by starting with a morning briefing and preparation, followed by traveling to the woods to collect and gather firewood. Scouts worked in teams to safely transport the wood to a nearby spiritual retreat home, where it was unloaded and neatly arranged. Afterward, we cleaned the area and held a short reflection to share our experiences and the value of serving the community through teamwork and dedication.
From this project, I learned the value of teamwork, responsibility, and the importance of serving others with dedication. It taught me how small efforts, like gathering and transporting wood, can support a bigger mission and bring comfort to others. I also gained a deeper appreciation for hard work, time management, and the positive impact of community service.
