Community Service by the Scout of Dungtse CS
The scouts of Dungtse Central School had done public road maintenance on 24 th April 2021. It was inspired by the scouting principle DUTY TO OTHERS.
The social service to other started at 1 pm and ended at 4 pm. The scouts did road maintenance. They filled up the potholes on the road. They covered around 2KM of roads.
The roads with potholes are mo longer with potholes. The people and commutors appreciated the community service work. The public even served refreshments to the participants.
The community people felt that thenceforch, they need to maintain their road well by themselves.
The scout participants learned the dignity of labour.
