COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT

.....20 Thai Scouts participated in the 6th ASEAN Scout Jamboree in Tagum City, The Philippines from 27 November - 2 December 2017. On 29 November 2017, we joined the community service projects of the jamboree by visiting the village close to the jamboree campsite. There were 20 Thai scouts and 250 Filipino scouts to work together and this activity was planting the bamboo trees.

     The bamboo trees were very valuable for Filipinos because they use bamboo for making the house, furniture, and everyday utensils. All Thai Scouts hope that this bamboo tree will grow and be useful for Philippine Scouts in the future.
