COMMUNITY SERVICE @ LAUTOKA CITY

COMMUNITY SERVICE @ LAUTOKA CITY

On the 21st of April, 2012, 12 scout leaders from Lautoka Scouters Council in Fiji did a service project - "DRASA COMMUNITY SERVICE" at a rural community in the outskirts of Lautoka City. A family of six lost everything after the mammoth flood devastated the western part of Viti Levu in April, 2012. As such, 12 scout leaders volunteered to clean up the mass in front of Mr. Singh's property and around the farming area of Drasa. The cleaning work began at 9 a.m. and finished off at 5 p.m. in the afternoon..For more pictures and comments about this project, please log into this link for full coverage: https://www.facebook.com/lautokascouters.council/media_set?set=a.197964440322775.42195.100003276618739&type=3
