Volunteered in a group of 20 people to make a footpath around the sacred cave, Dechen Draphu. The project sponsored by Lama lasted more than a week to complete including the collection of rocks, cements, pebbles etc.

It was interesting as well as challenging in the monsoon season where we struggled a lot in pushing tractors to carry rocks from lower valleys to temple, and carrying those stuff was really slippery in nature. But we enjoyed and inspired the way mother nature welcomed and treated us in humid weather with less rain.

The main task includes transporting rocks and cements in making footpath surrounding the giant sacred cave popularly known as the Dechen Draphu, which is one of the four Dra Phug ༼བྲག་ཕུག༽ prophesied by Guru Rinpoche to phajo Drugom Zhipo. Volunteers were divided into transportation, construction, sand digging, serving, mixturing and so on.
