"Paramahamsa Open Scout Troop" Sirsi's 14 Scouts were visited the Hutgar Village Pamchayath of Sirsi taluk. and they Cleaned that village pamchayath surrounding area. And also they collected information about service plans of Village pamchayath. and transferred this knowledge to the village people.
