Community Development Project Promote gender equality and empower women. It cementing our commitment to supporting women and girls. Women account for one half of the potential human capital in any economy. More than half a billion women have joined the worlds work force over the part so years. According to the World Bank countries with gender equality are more prosperous and competitive. We are thinking that gender equality and women empowerment is not a part of development b ut the core of development. So we have visited many housing colonies residential areas markets, Self help groups, constructions sites offices etc. and we gave short speeches to highlights the importance of women. We hear the word gender equality everywhere. But practically is not yet fulfilled. In many places women are treated low. Even in th so called educated field too. We performed short street plays drams to educate the people about gender equality. We have visited many constructions sites and spoke to the building contractors to pay equally to both the genders and not to ill treat them ill.
