Community Based Scouts build a bridge over Pangkheykhola river
The old wooden bridge that connected two settlements had been washed away by a flash flood in the past making it difficult for students and villagers to get across the river.
The CBS members with the scout leaders of Jangchubling LSS took the initiative to rebuild the bridge.
