The members of Community Based Scouting (CBS) visited Phunsumgang Chiwog in Gosaling Gewog on June 4, 2017 and met with special person Ram Bahadur Tamang. Ram Bahadur Tamang is not only deaf but also dumb and lives in a makeshift shelter built by the community there. Fifty seven years old Ram Bahadur expressed his deep gratitude, though through actions, to the volunteers. The volunteers delivered basic needs including food and clothing which has been collected from the District sector heads, CBS members and other donars. The CBS members were accompanied by the Gup and Chiwog Tshogpa too. By Janchu Dorji
