The highlights of the event was the Unveiling the Rebranded Sign Post of the Isele-Uku Branch of the Delta State Library by the Executive Chairman, Aniocha North LGA, Hon Chuks Oseme, Donation of Books to the Library presented by Mrs. Augusta Keneboh, State Headquarters Commissioner, Messengers of Peace (MoP) as well as Decoration of the Executive Chairman and Award of Messengers of Peace by the Acting President Delta State Scout Council,, Dr. Uchenna N. Uzokwe, While the State Hon. Secretary, Comrade Agbagoro Landlord, represented the State Scout Commissioner, Evang. S. A. Etanoma J. P.
