With the aim of creating better life in the community, Mongar CBS was formed on 29th August with members joining from different stake holders. The members are from hospital, farmers, teachers and shopkeepers.

The members were formally welcomed to the scouting family by having investiture ceremony on 2nd September, 2019. They were oriented on basic knowledge on CBS, the scouting principles and the main aim of CBS to create better communities.

Total of 40 members participated in the awareness programme and investiture ceremony for 5 hours.
