An annual event for our school to train the Scouts in two ways... First, new Scouts are the participants, wherein they are taught the concepts of leadership, camaraderie, teamwork, unity and cooperation. Second, Scouts who have attended the workshop on teaching and facilitating activities are given the opportunity to show what they have learned from the workshop by facilitating their own respective activity from conception, planning, preparation, and execution. They are observed by teachers (not necessarily registered Scouters) on how they present their activity to the participants and how they assess/ process their activity by asking questions about what happened during the activity to the participants. #MoPph
