Clear Bushes for Safe Roads
I was motivated to clear the bushes beside the road because the overgrown bushes and grasses had covered the roadside area, creating risks and inconvenience for commuters. The poor visibility and narrow passage could have led to accidents and made travelling unsafe for pedestrians and vehicles. Seeing these challenges encouraged me to take initiative in making the road safer, cleaner, and more convenient for everyone using the route.
The project was executed through the active participation and cooperation of both the school and the community. All the school staff took part in clearing the bushes and grasses beside the road. In addition, one member from each household in the community also participated in the activity. Through collective effort and teamwork, the road surroundings were cleaned and made safer and more convenient for commuters.
The project taught me the importance of community participation, teamwork, and social responsibility. I learned that collective effort can bring positive changes to the community and improve public safety. The activity also helped me realize the importance of maintaining clean and safe surroundings for the well-being and convenience of everyone.
