9th March is an auspicious day for scouts of Yebilaptsa Central School as new scouts are welcomed to the world of scouting receiving scarfs in a sacred Tingtibi Zangdogpelri. Scouters took an oath to help others and be scouts forever. Apart from that, prior to investiture ceremony scouts conducted mass cleaning campaign starting from Yebilaptsa Central School along the main road till Tingtibi Zangdogpelri. On the way people's were created awareness on the negative impacts of waste.
