The Scout of Dungtse Central School organized Cleaning Campaign to its nearby community. The Campaign was of 5 hours. The main theme of the campaign was "Our Place, Our Duty to keep it clean". The aim of the campign was to advocate the importance of keeping the nature environment clean. The total of 422 including scout, non scout, and staff participated in the programme.

These participants were divided into ten different areas. They pick up rubbishes such as; paper, plastics, glass, clothes, and rubbers. In total more than 300kgs of wastes and rubbishes were collected. The wastes which are usable for recycling were preserved and rest which are not reusable were segregated. The public found the programme worthwhile and they did said that they would there after take care of their waste themselves.
