“Clean Toilets Initiative” is a project to keep the public toilets clean during the mass gathering at Kharchhu Monastery, during the annual festival. Thousands of people are expected and the public toilets need to be clean. We can also advocate about keeping the toilets clean. Thus Bumthang Community Based Scouts (CBS) undertook the initiative to lead this project. Civil servants from the local schools and youth from the community joined this project by contributing labour. The Business community provided refreshments.
